2. What data we collect

Calculator usage (no personal data)

When you use our compensation calculators without submitting a lead form, we do not collect any personal data. Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers.

Lead generation form submissions

If you choose to submit a claim enquiry through our lead capture form, we collect:

Lead form submissions

When you submit a lead enquiry form, we use your data to:

  • Pass your details to a vetted specialist solicitor for a free, no-obligation assessment
  • Generate a reference number for your enquiry
  • Confirm receipt of your enquiry (where email confirmation is enabled)
  • Improve the quality of our lead matching process

We do not use your lead form data for marketing purposes. We do not add your email to any newsletter or marketing list without explicit, separate consent.

Analytics data

Technical and behavioural data is used to understand how the site is used, improve our content and tools, and identify technical issues. This is processed via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.

Advertising

Specialist solicitors (lead referrals)

When you submit a lead form, we pass your personal data to a vetted specialist solicitor firm. This transfer is made with your consent. The solicitor firm becomes an independent data controller of your personal data once received, and their own privacy policy applies to their subsequent processing.

We do not sell your data to multiple solicitors, data brokers, or claims management companies. Each lead is referred to a single specialist.

Google (Analytics and AdSense)

Google Analytics and Google AdSense process data on our behalf. Google acts as a data processor under appropriate contractual terms. For information about how Google uses data: policies.google.com/privacy

Webhook / form processing

Lead form submissions may be transmitted to a third-party webhook or form processing service (such as Zapier or Formspree) to route data to our CRM. These services are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.

No other third-party sharing
